Junk Removal

How junk removal is priced

Junk is priced by volume — how much room it takes up in the truck — plus weight, how easy it is to reach, and any items that cost more to dispose of. As a guide, the industry standard is $40–$60 per cubic yard.

Loaded and gone.
Furniture, appliances, and cleanout debris go straight into the truck — usable items are donated where possible, scrap metal is recycled, and the rest goes to the proper disposal facility.
We never price junk over the phone. Photos can be misleading, and a phone quote is how a job ends up costing more than planned. We book a free on-site estimate, walk through everything with you, and give you the price in person. If you like it, we can often do the job right then and there.

Some items cost more to dispose of — for example air conditioners, TVs, electronics, and propane tanks — so we'll flag those during the estimate and include them in the price, not as a surprise afterwards.

Furniture Removal

Sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, beds, mattresses, and more. We carry it out, load it, and haul it away — you don't need to lift a thing. Usable furniture is donated where possible.

Appliance Removal

Old appliances hauled away from your kitchen, laundry room, or garage. We'll confirm access and any disconnection needs when you book, so the crew arrives prepared.

Garage Cleanouts

Clear the garage so you can actually use it again — park the car, set up a workspace, or just get your space back. We sort as we go: donate what's usable, recycle scrap metal, and dispose of the rest properly.

Move-Out Cleanouts

Clearing out a home, apartment, or rental between tenants or before a sale. We remove furniture, household junk, and left-behind items, and leave the space broom-clean. Good for landlords, property managers, and anyone moving out on a deadline — tell us your date and we'll work to it.

Other Jobs We Accept

We also take on single-item pickups, small piles, yard items, and general household junk. If it's not listed above, don't assume we can't do it — ask us about your job. We'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can handle, and what it would cost.

Some items need special disposal. Hazardous materials are one of those — see the FAQs for what to ask us about first.

What happens to your junk?

  • Donated — usable furniture and household items go to donation where possible.
  • Recycled — scrap metal is separated and taken to a scrapyard, which helps offset disposal costs.
  • Resold — items in good working order may be resold rather than thrown away.
  • Disposed of properly — everything else goes to the local transfer station or disposal facility.
